- Operations to run the Director’s office as a project and performance management function. Reports to: Director
Responsibilities:
• Own the Director’s action tracker across estates, head office, legal, HR, finance and IT. Drive every item to closure with named owners and deadlines.
• Run weekly review calls with garden managers.
• Track capital and development projects.
• Follow up on internal audit observations and compliance actions.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants and advisors. Prepare briefing notes and minutes.
