Job Description
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-oriented individual to connect with potential customers and encourage them to visit our Bharat Lifestyle showrooms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Call potential customers from our existing customer database, past enquiries and Instagram/social media leads. 2. Invite customers to visit our showrooms and explore our furniture range. 3. Follow up regularly with interested customers to encourage showroom visits. 4. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and messages received on WhatsApp. 5.



Share relevant product information and maintain regular communication with potential customers. 6. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses and showroom visits generated. 7. Coordinate with the showroom sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Salary and Incentives Fixed salary of ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on skills and experience, plus performance-based incentives linked to the number of qualified leads converted into actual showroom visits. Required Skills 1. Valuable communication skills and a pleasant, convincing personality. 2. Confidence in communicating with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp. 3. Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills. 4. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain customer records. 5. A proactive, target-oriented approach with a focus on generating showroom visits. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service or sales coordination will be an advantage. The primary objective of this role is to generate maximum genuine showroom visits through effective calling, WhatsApp communication and regular follow-ups.
