Key responsibilities

- Ensure product quality and food safety standards.
- Manage QA/QC activities and quality documentation.
- Implement and monitor HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000 and applicable food safety systems.
- Lead quality audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Develop and guide the quality team. *Preferred background:
* Food manufacturing, FMCG, breakfast cereals, snacks, biscuits or extruded food products. ? *
