Role Description The Electrical Maintenance Manager for Furnace is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role oversees electrical maintenance activities for furnace operations, including troubleshooting electrical issues, planning preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring minimal downtime. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance technicians, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining electrical systems, panels, and power distribution networks for furnaces and associated equipment. The manager will ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize energy usage,



maintain documentation of maintenance work, and collaborate with engineering teams on upgrades, modifications, and reliability improvements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and practical knowledge of Electricity within industrial or furnace environments.
• Candidates should possess solid foundations in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design for heavy industrial equipment and systems.
• Candidates should possess experience in Power Distribution, including maintenance and safety practices for high
- and low-voltage systems.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; experience in steel, furnace, or heavy manufacturing plants is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, use diagnostic tools, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and lead a technical team safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with industrial safety standards, and readiness to work on-site in a fast-paced production workplace.
