Computer Community builds high-performance PCs for gaming, workstations and everything in between, across Tamil Nadu. We’re an authorised NVIDIA, Intel and AMD system integrator, with expert after-sales support and a dedicated helpline. Join our on-site, full time team to handle customer enquiries, close sales and provide ongoing tech support. What You’ll Do
• Answer customer queries on PC parts, builds and configurations over calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
• Understand each customer’s needs and budget, and recommend the right build
• Close deals and follow up on quotes and orders
• Provide desktop support: troubleshooting, Windows and driver installation, BIOS and basic diagnostics
• Coordinate warranty and service cases with the team What We Need
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware: CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, storage,
PSUs and cooling, plus compatibility and how to build a balanced system for a budget
• Fluent English and Tamil, and the ability to explain technical things simply
• Calm under pressure and confident with customers
• Passion for PCs and the latest tech trends
• A long-term mindset: someone who wants to grow with the company Experience
• Freshers: welcome if you have advanced, hands-on hardware knowledge (you’ve built PCs and can recommend builds confidently)
• Experienced: 1+ year in sales or support, with tech or computer hardware preferred
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Immediate joiners preferred.
