About the Role
Kuldeep Travels is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to manage our complete online presence, generate qualified customer leads, promote our travel services, and increase confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, online advertising, photography, video production, and editing.

Key Responsibilities
* Website Management: Manage and update the company website, improve website content, landing pages, SEO, and conversion rates.
* Google Ads: Create, manage, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate genuine enquiries and bookings.
* Meta Ads: Plan and run Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, including lead generation and retargeting.
* Social Media Management: Independently manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.
* Video Production: Shoot, record, edit and publish high-quality promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, customer testimonials and travel videos.
* Photo Editing & Graphic Design: Edit photographs and create professional promotional banners, posters, advertisements and social media creatives.
* Lead Generation: Generate qualified enquiries for airport taxis, outstation cabs, Innova Crysta, Ertiga, Tempo Traveller, Force Urbania and religious tour packages.
* WhatsApp Business: Manage business enquiries, promotional campaigns, customer follow-ups and lead tracking.
* SEO & Google Business Profile:



Improve online visibility through SEO, Google Business Profile management and website performance monitoring.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track advertising costs, leads, conversions and campaign performance. Submit weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
* Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, website traffic, enquiries and confirmed bookings. Mandatory Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
* Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Proven ability to manage and update websites and implement SEO improvements.
* Strong skills in video shooting, video editing, photo editing and graphic design.
* Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.
* Working knowledge of Canva and professional or mobile video editing tools.
* Ability to generate qualified leads and analyse campaign performance.
* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency preferred.
* A portfolio of previous videos, creatives, websites or advertising campaigns is mandatory. What We Expect We need a hands-on qualified who can independently manage our complete digital marketing operation, create engaging promotional content, run effective advertising campaigns and help convert enquiries into actual travel bookings. Candidates who only know how to post on social media, without practical advertising and content creation skills, should not apply.
