Role Description: The Articled Assistant will support the team in day-to-day accounting, audit and assurance, and taxation work, including maintenance of books of accounts, vouching, and assistance in statutory and tax audits. Responsibilities include preparing working papers, compiling financial statements, supporting tax return preparation, and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant. The role also involves coordinating with clients for information, assisting in GST and income tax-related filings, and helping with basic compliance and ROC work as required. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panchkula,



offering hands-on training under the supervision of qualified professionals. Requisites:
• Candidates should be registered as CA students eligible for articleship under ICAI regulations.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, and financial statement preparation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and common accounting or ERP software; familiarity with Tally or similar tools is an advantage.
• Interest in auditing, taxation (including GST and income tax), and corporate compliance, with willingness to learn and apply relevant laws.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow professional standards and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, professional conduct with clients, and ability to work effectively in a team
