Position: Instructional Designer

Remuneration: Rs 3 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs per Annum

Experience: 1+ Years

Responsibilities

- Develop detailed Storyboards for instructional content, activities and assessments.
- Utilise Adobe captivate to design and develop interactive and multimedia rich learning modules.
- Collaborate with SMEs/ Team leads to gather the required information.
- Visualise instructional graphics, user interface and final product.
- Collaborate with the media team to develop graphics and videos required for the e-learning modules.

Desired Skills And Experience

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in instructional design or Education technology preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Awareness of the latest L&D; theories/ frameworks and deeply familiar with SCORM, Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Demonstrate solid communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
