About the Role Jabsons Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and commercially aware Senior Executive – Purchase (Raw Materials) to manage sourcing and procurement activities for raw materials. The role requires robust supplier coordination, cost control, timely material availability, and close coordination with internal teams to support uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute procurement of raw materials based on production plans, inventory levels, and approved requirements. • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers while maintaining an updated supplier database. • Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and work toward cost savings without compromising quality. • Prepare and process purchase orders; ensure accuracy of specifications, quantities, rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms. • Coordinate with suppliers, stores, production, quality, and accounts teams to ensure timely material delivery and smooth invoice processing. • Track open purchase orders, delivery commitments, shortages, and delayed supplies; proactively resolve supply-related issues. • Monitor market trends,



raw-material price movements, lead times, and supplier performance. • Maintain procurement records, quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, and supporting documentation for audit and reporting. • Support inventory control by coordinating reorder levels and avoiding excess or obsolete stock. • Ensure procurement follows company policies, approval processes, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements. Required Skills • Raw-material sourcing and procurement management. • Vendor development, evaluation, relationship management, and follow-up. • Commercial negotiation, quotation analysis, and cost comparison. • Purchase order processing and procurement documentation.
