Senior Architect / Interior Designer – Design & Project Management

Experience:
4+ yr We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who can drive projects from client conversion and site visits to design, execution, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle qualified leads and conduct client/site visits with a strong focus on converting prospects into projects.
* Understand client requirements, present design & execution solutions, address technical queries, and build client confidence.
* Manage the project end-to-end from initial consultation to execution and closure.
* Lead design coordination and ensure the design intent is effectively translated into execution.
* Prepare and manage BOQs, material requirements, and project documentation.
* Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.




* Finalize vendors and negotiate material rates, quality, and commercial terms.
* Monitor materials, quality, timelines, and in office execution.
* Handle client escalations and ensure a smooth overall client experience.
* Lead and manage the senior design/project team and ensure timely project delivery. What We’re Looking For:
* Relevant experience in interior design, client handling, site visits, and project conversion.
* Strong understanding of interior execution, materials, BOQs, and vendor management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
* Ability to independently manage projects and lead teams.
* Strong commercial understanding with a results-oriented approach.
