Copsia Capital does not accept client funds, manage third-party assets, or provide investment advisory services. It also does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange or marketplace, allowing the team to concentrate on disciplined trading strategies and risk management within the digital asset space. Role Description The Sales Attendant role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Sales Attendant will support customer-facing activities, including explaining basic product and service offerings, responding to inquiries, and guiding visitors or stakeholders to appropriate internal contacts. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, assisting with documentation or onboarding processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up. The Sales Attendant will also help maintain an organized, qualified work environment, support routine administrative tasks linked to sales operations,



and contribute to a positive, respectful experience for all visitors and partners. Qualifications
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of financial or digital asset concepts, or willingness to learn about virtual digital assets and trading.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining records, handling documentation, and managing routine tasks efficiently.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and digital tools used for communication, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales support, front office, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification at the higher secondary level or above; a diploma or degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
