Ltd. is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The General Manager oversees day-to-day operations, including production schedules, resource allocation, and coordination between creative, technical, and administrative teams. This role involves managing budgets, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that studio processes support both artistic goals and business sustainability. The General Manager collaborates closely with leadership to implement strategic initiatives, maintain vendor and partner relationships, and support talent management and recruitment.



The role also includes tracking performance metrics, improving operational workflows, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, contracts, and industry standards. Qualifications
• Strong skills in operations management, organizational planning, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management for projects or departments.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and relationship building within creative or media environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, support performance management, and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Comfort with project management tools, documentation, and reporting to track timelines and outcomes.
• Relevant experience in film, media, entertainment, or related creative industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, media, or an equivalent field, or comparable skilled experience.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and readiness to work in a hybrid setup in Pune Division.
