• Deliver comprehensive training sessions based on Montessori principles and methodology to aspiring nursery and preschool teachers enrolled in the training program.
• Develop teaching aids, lesson plans, and activities to enhance learning.
• Guide trainees on classroom management, child observation, and lesson delivery.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written assignments, classroom presentations, and teaching demos.
• Support teachers in implementing Montessori practices in real classroom settings.
• Stay updated with advancements in Montessori education and integrate them into training.
• assignment checking + content creation + query solving of the participants Working Mode: Work from Home (Always) Full Time
- freelance ( 2 hours ) Note: The Trainer should be available for training sessions scheduled between 5.30 PM
- 7 PM and 8:30 PM -10:00 PM. ( on the alternate days basis) Eligibility: 1.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Montessori Teacher, preferably in a leadership role such as a Centre Head or Curriculum Developer. 2. Deep understanding of Montessori philosophy, teaching materials, and classroom management strategies.
