Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Company Payroll Position: Regional Sales Head – Industrial Heating / Capital Equipment We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong background in OEM Sales, Capital Equipment Sales, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, or the Industrial Heat domain, along with proven experience in team handling and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners, dealers, distributors, and OEM customers.
• Drive sales of capital equipment, boilers, heat exchangers, and related industrial solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional customer base.
• Manage key accounts, project enquiries, commercial negotiations, and order closures.
• Develop channel partner networks and ensure effective market coverage.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline,



forecasts, and regional business targets.
• Build long-term relationships with industrial customers, EPCs, consultants, and end users. Desired Candidate Profile:
• 18–30 years of experience in industrial sales, capital equipment sales, or technical sales.
• Strong experience in OEM Sales and industrial B2B sales.
• Relevant exposure to boilers, heat exchangers, thermal equipment, or industrial heating solutions.
• Proven experience in team handling, sales team leadership, and channel partner management.
• Experience in regional sales planning, business development, and key account management.
• Robust negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Employment Details:
