Position: Assistant Manager Import & Export

Department: Finance

Location: Jagatpura- Jaipur

Experience: 3-8 yrs

Salary: 40,000-60,000 Gross/Month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete Import & Export operations, including documentation, shipment planning, and customs coordination.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
- Handle procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, purchase order management, and supplier follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely material availability.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other applicable import/export regulations.

Requirements:

- 4–8+ years of relevant experience in Import & Export operations.
- Strong experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Valuable understanding of international shipping procedures and documentation.




- Experience coordinating with customs, CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Working knowledge of accounting processes related to import/export transactions, including invoice verification, payment coordination, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of GST, customs duties, import costing, and related compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar ERP platforms preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
