Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Senior Executive HR to manage end-to-end
recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and interviewing
qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.),
social networks, and database searches to source active and passive talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and
schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Job Postings: Draft compelling job descriptions and post open roles across career sites
and job boards.
• Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout




the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist with salary negotiation, extending job offers,
reference checks, and coordinating initial onboarding steps.
• Recruitment Metrics: Maintain candidate trackers and Applicant Tracking System
(ATS) records to report hiring progress to leadership.
Requirements
•
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (agency or in-
house).
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
