We are seeking an Application-Facing Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, performance and resilience of business-critical applications. You will use observability, automation and production-engineering practices to detect degradation early, accelerate recovery, eliminate recurring failures and improve operational readiness across the end-to-end application service.
What You Will Do
- Own and continuously improve the reliability posture of assigned applications.
- Build actionable monitoring and service-health visibility.
- Lead complex technical diagnosis during priority incidents.
- Eliminate recurring failures through rigorous root-cause analysis and permanent remediation.
- Improve application performance, capacity, resilience and recoverability.
- Automate repetitive operational work and standardize recovery procedures.
- Assess reliability readiness for releases and material changes.
- Partner across application, platform, observability, security, ITSM and vendor teams.
What You Bring
- Strong production application troubleshooting and systems-thinking capability.
- Hands-on experience with observability, APM, logs and operational telemetry.
- Experience with incidents, problems, performance analysis and reliability improvement.
- Scripting or automation capability and familiarity with up-to-date delivery practices.
- Clear communication, ownership and the ability to influence across technical teams.
