Role & responsibilities

Preferred company manufacturing: Sheet metal, switchgear, power bus bar products, or busduct/trunking products.
A.Distribute the drawing to the concerned process owner via email, control the revision, maintain it on the server, and raise a Purchase Requisition (PR) as per the drawing's procurement needs.

B. Create supply/demand with respect to the loading plan in the form MDS and MRP forms for Plant .
C-Release the project wise Job Order No to system activity for Production
Punch loose item FG to the system & create job wise item's M.O. Transfer for dispatch; ensure shortage reduction / arrange materials on time to the floor for production.
D-1st stage CBOM Correction wrt OBOM & drawing (Bop's)Oracle errors
System Shortage Analysis at the time of prod.




E- Coordinate with all departments (Purchase, Store, Production, Assembly, Contracts, Design), S.O. Verification at the time of dispatches w.r.t. FG vs S.O. Line for Consumption , Pending Drawing follow-up /
F-Daily Dispatches Activity Against MDCC & Sale
G- Maintain documents Related Drawing & ISO,Maintain Daily Sale Report
H-Inv.Accounting Reporting ,Create Project wise CBOM Excel requirement
I- Monitor WIP / FG Inventory ,Recent ERP Analysis improvement activity
J- Perpetual inventory system VS Actual ,Tag Count (WIP/FG) to input quantity as per stock
