Job Description
Plan and monitor daily production activities, achieve production targets, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Stores teams, ensure process and safety standards, and support continuous improvement in production efficiency.
The Production Engineer Trainee will undergo structured training to gain practical exposure to manufacturing operations, production planning, quality standards, and process improvement activities. The trainee will support production teams in achieving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets while developing technical and managerial skills.
