About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage two-wheeler loan sales and collections at the branch level while driving cross-selling opportunities for Commercial Vehicles and Home Loans. The candidate will be responsible for business sourcing, monitoring collections, supporting cross-selling initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the NBFC or Banking sector, strong sales and collection skills, good communication abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive two-wheeler loan sales and business sourcing at the branch level.
- Monitor and follow up on collections to ensure achievement of collection targets.
- Identify and develop opportunities for cross-selling Commercial Vehicle and Home Loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Achieve assigned sales, sourcing, and collection targets.
- Monitor branch-level business performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Support smooth and effective day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers for payments and collections.




- Prepare and maintain basic sales, collection, and business reports using MS Excel.
- Travel within Mandya and other locations in Karnataka as required by the company.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking.
- Experience in two-wheeler loan sales and collections will be preferred.
- Exposure to Commercial Vehicle and Home Loan cross-selling will be an advantage.
- Should be able to speak, read, and write English, Hindi and Kannada.
- Should possess good communication, customer-handling, and relationship-management skills.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of managing sales and collection responsibilities.
- Should be willing to travel within Mandya and across Karnataka as per company requirements.
- Should have basic MS Excel skills.
