About the Role

Spark Infra is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Executive to manage property enquiries, connect with buyers and sellers, arrange site visits, and help clients find suitable properties. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming property enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

- Coordinate and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and sellers.

- Explain property details, pricing, features, and available options accurately.

- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain records in the company CRM or lead tracker.

- Build relationships with property owners, buyers, channel partners, and local brokers.

- Support price negotiations and coordinate with the team to move deals forward.

- Generate new leads through networking, local outreach, and property references.

- Assist with property listings, photos, videos,



and basic marketing activities when required.

- Work towards monthly lead conversion, site visit, and sales targets.

- Ensure qualified communication and transparent dealings with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in speaking with customers and conducting property visits.

- Basic knowledge of residential and commercial real estate is preferred.

- Ability to manage follow-ups and multiple leads efficiently.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for property visits.

- Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage; motivated freshers may also apply.

Compensation
