Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with garment manufacturers and vendors for product development and production.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, production schedules and deliveries.
- Assist in fabric, trims and accessories planning.
- Maintain product specifications, size charts and production records.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate quality checks and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain merchandising reports and vendor follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in garment or apparel merchandising.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction and production processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Solid communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple styles and deadlines.
