Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Job Summary: A Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of dues as per company policies.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residences or business locations for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment deadlines to customers.
- Collect payments through company-approved methods and issue receipts as required.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and pending payments.
- Submit daily collection reports to the supervisor or manager.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related disputes professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding difficult cases and overdue accounts.
