Job Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, labour and site activities.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption and availability at the site.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures and construction specifications are followed.
- Track project progress, prepare site reports and update management on delays or issues.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, billing and cost control.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of construction methods, civil engineering drawings and site execution.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites as required.
