Job Title: P2P Executive / Process Associate – Accounts Payable
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented P2P professional with 2–5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable. The candidate should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end P2P and Accounts Payable activities.
Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately.
Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Manage vendor queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Process vendor payments and monitor payment status.
Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve outstanding items.
Maintain accurate vendor master data.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs,
and internal controls.
Required Skill Set
Mandatory Skills:
2–5 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable.
Strong knowledge of invoice processing and payment processing.
Experience handling PO and Non-PO invoices.
Knowledge of 2-way and 3-way matching.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or Oracle ERP.
Knowledge of vendor reconciliation and query management.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills:
MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Understanding of GST and TDS.
Experience working with SLAs and TATs.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Education
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a relevant degree.
