Role Description This full-time Store Manager role is an on-site position based in Madurai.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, stock ordering, and accurate record keeping. The role involves supervising store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient storage environment.

Manager will monitor product movement, coordinate with procurement and production teams, and implement procedures to prevent shrinkage and loss. The position also includes responding to internal customer needs, supporting audits,



preparing reports on stock levels and usage, and contributing to process improvements that support overall operational performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including inventory control, stock handling, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention capabilities, with attention to accurate documentation, safety, and minimizing wastage or shrinkage.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively support internal stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, reporting data, and guiding store staff.
- Relevant experience in store or warehouse management within manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and inventory management tools is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
