Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hapur, responsible for overseeing daily operations at solar project sites. This position coordinates and supervises installation activities, ensures compliance with technical standards and safety regulations, and monitors progress against project schedules.

Supervisor manages in office teams and contractors, handles material verification and inventory, and reports site status, issues, and risks to project management. The role involves conducting regular inspections, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within defined specifications.

Supervisor also collaborates with engineering, procurement, and safety personnel to support smooth project execution and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to supervise site activities, manage teams, and coordinate contractors to deliver work safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of solar project execution, basic electrical or civil engineering concepts, and quality standards for renewable energy installations.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, site compliance requirements, and practical experience implementing health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Proficiency in using project documentation, checklists, and reporting tools to track progress, materials, and site issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with workers, vendors, and project stakeholders, and to resolve day-to-day operational problems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or site plans, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction, or a related field; prior experience in solar or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work full time on site in Hapur and adapt to changing project needs in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.
