Role Description The Research Fellow is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This position involves conducting primary and secondary research on markets, industries, and business models to support client engagements and internal strategy projects.

The Research

Fellow will analyze quantitative and qualitative data, prepare reports, briefs, and presentations, and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include structuring research questions, designing methodologies, validating data sources, and collaborating with consulting and finance teams to integrate findings into client recommendations. The role also includes monitoring trends, building and maintaining knowledge repositories, and contributing to thought leadership content such as white papers and internal research notes.

Qualifications





- Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with data collection, literature review, and synthesis of complex information into clear insights.
- Ability to work with quantitative data (spreadsheets, basic statistics) and qualitative inputs (interviews, surveys, case studies) to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a structured problem-solving approach, with the ability to prioritize multiple research tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with consulting, finance, and operations teams on research-driven initiatives.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with research or data tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field; prior experience in research, consulting, or analytics is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in business strategy, operations, and organizational growth, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving client needs.
