Role Description The E-Commerce Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of Peacock Wholesale’s online platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management. This full-time, on-site role in Akola includes coordinating order processing, monitoring fulfillment timelines, and working closely with logistics teams to maintain smooth end-to-end delivery. The person in this role will track operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer support,



and technology to resolve issues and maintain a high-quality buyer experience. The E-Commerce Operations Manager will help develop and enforce standard operating procedures, support onboarding of new brands and retailers, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong e-commerce operations skills, including order management, inventory control, and coordination with logistics and fulfillment partners.
- Experience with online marketplace or platform tools, data analysis for tracking KPIs, and basic proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in cross-border or product distribution environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset, comfort with process improvement, and willingness to take ownership of operational challenges.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or beauty distribution operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
