Role Description The Deputy Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mawal.

The Deputy

Manager will oversee daily operations within their assigned function, ensuring that processes run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, supporting production planning, and implementing process improvements. The role involves resolving operational issues, preparing reports for senior management,



and contributing to strategic initiatives.

The Deputy

Manager will also support team development through coaching, clear communication, and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in automotive manufacturing or a related industrial environment, with strong understanding of production processes and quality standards.
- Skills in operations management, process optimization, and problem-solving to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Competence in people management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to use data and reporting tools for performance analysis, planning, and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, and lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in an on-site, fast-paced workplace.
