We're hiring our first Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the customer experience and help establish our Customer Success function from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, technically oriented role that combines customer onboarding, CRM migration, implementation, technical troubleshooting, account management, and customer success operations.
You'll work directly with the founder, collaborate closely with product development, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers.
Unlike traditional SaaS Customer Success roles, RevGrow's ownership-based model requires supporting customers through more complex implementations, white-label configurations, integrations, and technical environments.
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage customer relationships while also understanding the technical foundations of a modern SaaS platform.
As an early team member, you'll have significant autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape how we serve customers as RevGrow grows.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding, Migration & Implementation
- Own the complete customer onboarding journey, from initial discovery to successful deployment and adoption.
- Lead CRM migrations from platforms such as HighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, Pipedrive, and similar systems.
- Assist customers with importing contacts, opportunities, pipelines, custom fields, workflows, and other relevant business data.
- Support platform configuration, white-label branding, custom domains, user permissions, and integrations.
- Guide customers through technical setup requirements, including API connections, webhooks, and third-party services.
- Develop repeatable migration processes, onboarding checklists, and implementation documentation.
- Ensure customers understand how to operate, customize, and maintain their RevGrow environment.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers across the US, UK, Australia, and other markets.
- Build strong relationships with agency owners, business operators, and technical stakeholders.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, technical consultations, and training.
- Proactively monitor customer adoption, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Handle escalations with professionalism, urgency, and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for customer advocacy, referrals, additional services, and account growth.
- Collect structured customer feedback to improve product usability and customer experience.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Independently investigate and resolve technical issues involving CRM functionality, workflows, integrations, and customer configurations.
- Troubleshoot REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, authentication issues, and third-party integrations.
- Use browser developer tools, API testing utilities, application logs, and other diagnostic tools to identify problems.
- Understand issues involving frontend behavior, backend services, databases, and deployment environments.
- Reproduce bugs, document technical findings, and collaborate with engineering on fixes.
- Assist customers with technical questions related to white-label implementations, source-code access, and customization.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical customers.
Product Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Work directly with the founder and development team to identify product issues, customer requirements, and improvement opportunities.
- Test new features and validate fixes before customer-facing releases.
- Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, and supporting evidence.
- Participate in product feedback discussions and help prioritize improvements based on customer impact.
- Contribute to feature documentation, release notes, FAQs, and customer education materials.
- Support customer readiness for upcoming capabilities, including AI-powered funnels and website-building tools.
Customer Success Operations & Process Development
- Build the foundational Customer Success processes, workflows, and documentation at RevGrow.
- Establish onboarding standards, customer communication templates, escalation procedures, and internal SOPs.
- Track key performance indicators, including customer activation, time-to-value, adoption, CSAT, resolution times, and retention.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive onboarding, support, and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, implementation progress, and technical documentation.
- Help define the tools, systems, and processes required to scale Customer Success operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, SaaS Implementation, or Technical Support within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience onboarding and supporting business customers using CRM, marketing automation, or other complex SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipelines, workflow automation, integrations, and customer data management.
- Working familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, including a practical understanding of how modern web applications are structured.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and basic SQL concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot using browser developer tools, application logs, Postman, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer implementations and priorities independently.
- Experience working with international customers and distributed teams.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup where responsibilities may evolve as the business grows.
Technical expectation: This is not a full-time software development position. However, candidates should be comfortable reading technical documentation, understanding application architecture, investigating issues, and collaborating effectively with engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel), HubSpot, Keap, Pipedrive, or comparable CRM platforms.
- Previous experience managing CRM migrations, data imports, workflow recreation,
and complex customer implementations.
- Familiarity with Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, Docker, cloud hosting, or modern SaaS infrastructure.
- Exposure to self-hosted applications, source-code deployments, multi-tenant systems, or white-label software.
- Experience working with agencies, SaaS resellers, or businesses managing multiple client accounts.
- Ability to read basic JavaScript or TypeScript code and understand common application errors.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar solutions for research, troubleshooting, and productivity.
- Experience creating product tutorials, help-center articles, implementation guides, and training videos.
- Previous experience as an early-stage startup employee or founding Customer Success hire.

- Is technically curious: You're comfortable investigating unfamiliar systems, reading documentation, and learning recent technologies.
- Thinks beyond support tickets: You focus on customer outcomes, long-term adoption, and preventing recurring issues.
- Can wear multiple hats: You're willing to handle onboarding, migration, support, documentation, testing, and occasional operational tasks.
- Builds processes: You enjoy creating scalable systems rather than relying entirely on established workflows.
- Communicates proactively: You keep customers and internal stakeholders informed without needing constant follow-ups.
- Thrives in ambiguity: You can prioritize independently and adapt as products, processes, and business needs evolve.
