Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving branch business performance and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets across assigned loan products. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer acquisition and retention, and maintaining strong relationships with local customers, partners, and stakeholders.

The Business

Manager monitors portfolio quality, ensures adherence to credit policies and compliance standards, and supports risk management activities. This position also includes leading and mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports,



and implementing initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales management skills, with the ability to achieve targets and grow loan portfolios.
- Operational and process management skills, including branch coordination, workflow optimization, and compliance with NBFC guidelines.
- Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on service quality, retention, and local market engagement.
- Analytical and financial acumen, including proficiency in interpreting reports, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting risk control.
- Leadership and people management capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in financial services, preferably in NBFCs or banking, with familiarity in retail lending or SME finance.
- Comfort with using digital tools, MIS systems, and basic office software for reporting and daily operations.
