Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Anaparthi.

The Assistant

Manager will support daily project operations, including coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, assisting with resource planning, maintaining documentation, and supporting adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves preparing basic reports, supporting budgeting and material tracking,



and helping resolve operational issues on-site.

The Assistant

Manager will also assist senior management with communication, scheduling, and implementation of company policies at the project location.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage daily site activities, schedules, and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices; prior experience in construction or project support is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills to interact with management, site staff, contractors, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in using MS Office or similar tools for reports, tracking progress, and maintaining records.
- Ability to work in office in Anaparthi, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, problem-solving attitude, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
