Sales Acquisition Executive – US Patient Appointments

About the role
We’re looking for a confident, patient-focused sales executive to follow up with people who inquire through Meta ads about body sculpting. You’ll make outbound calls to new leads and handle inbound patient calls, answer questions within approved guidelines, and book appointments with the doctor.

What you’ll do

- Call new inquiry leads promptly and follow up with people who haven’t booked.
- Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to questions about appointments and the consultation process.
- Understand each patient’s needs and guide suitable prospects toward booking a doctor’s appointment.
- Explain only approved information about the service; refer medical or eligibility questions to the clinic team.
- Handle objections with empathy and without pressuring patients.
- Record calls,



lead status, follow-ups, and appointments accurately in the CRM.
- Meet agreed targets for response time, follow-up completion, and qualified appointments booked.
- Protect patient information and follow the clinic’s privacy and communication procedures.

What we’re looking for

- Strong spoken English and confident phone manner.
- Clear, polished pronunciation that US patients can easily understand. A British-style accent is preferred;
- Comfortable working a regular US night shift and handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Sales, appointment-setting, lead follow-up, or international voice-process experience is preferred.
- Reliable, persuasive, empathetic, and organized.
- Able to join immediately or at short notice.
