Job Summary

Chayan Karo India Private Limited is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and results-driven Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining service quality, and ensuring smooth salon operations.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, customer handling, and team management skills, along with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and other team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Manage staff attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, grooming standards, and salon presentation.
- Monitor inventory, product usage, and stock requirements.
- Coordinate appointments, walk-in customers, and staff availability.
- Maintain daily sales reports, cash records, and other operational reports.




- Ensure that all salon services meet the company's quality standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Previous experience in salon management, beauty and wellness, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of salon services, beauty treatments, and hair services.
- Ability to manage sales targets and improve business performance.
- Positive organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or appointment management systems is an advantage.
- A professional attitude, positive mindset, and customer-first approach.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, Salon Supervisor, or Beauty Center Manager.
- Experience in staff management, customer retention, and sales growth.
