About AI-Native Business & Platforms Unit:

Launched as a dedicated AI-Native Business & Platforms Unit to complement its services business and strengthen Wipro's position in a “services as software” world, placing it at the forefront of innovation while delivering Consulting-led, AI-powered transformation for clients. Wipro's strategic pivot with the AI-Native Business & Platforms Unit positions it for scalable growth, sharper competitiveness, and stronger Consulting-led, AI-driven client outcomes, building a solid foundation for sustained growth and innovation.

J͏ob Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and action-oriented professional who can ideate and drive integrated marketing programs and initiatives independently from concept to execution. This is an individual contributor role that is expected to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, AI-Native Business and Platforms Unit and translate the unit's marketing strategy into high-quality content, campaigns, and sales enablement that build brand credibility, influence pipeline and accelerate the adoption of Wipro's AI-native offerings. They will also have to work with business leaders, and stakeholders across service lines, accounts, strategic markets and functions, to enable outcomes, contribute to team objectives and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan and drive integrated marketing programs and initiatives independently from concept to execution, across digital, content, social, email, web, and event channels.
- Develop and manage marketing content including campaign assets, presentations, blogs, case studies, emails, and social media content, that bring the Unit's narrative and go-to-market (GTM) priorities to market.
- Partner with stakeholders from service lines, accounts, strategic markets and functions to understand their priorities and translate them into impactful marketing programs and credible, grounded messaging that addresses client outcomes.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events, webinars, roundtables, and customer engagement activities.
- Manage project plans, campaign trackers, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, generate insights,



and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation, research, reporting, and marketing productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, partners, and vendors to support program delivery.
- Contribute to marketing innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and scale best practices.

Experience & Skillset required:

- Strong communication, content development, and storytelling capabilities. Demonstrated ability in developing, publishing and managing B2B content for web and social media.
- Experience with marketing enterprise platforms, AI/data products, SaaS, and/or IT services; exposure to agentic or generative AI, preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management, demand generation, digital marketing, event marketing, and/or account-based marketing, preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Demonstrated experience in managing agencies, and senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Practical fluency with generative AI tools for research, content creation, productivity, and reporting, is desirable.
- High-energy, self-driven professional with a learning mindset and solid attention to detail.
- MBA or a Master's degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Journalism/ English, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of B2B technology marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, AI-driven products, and modern B2B go-to-market models, is preferred.
