Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

- To lead by example in exhibiting high levels of service orientation and proactive customer handling.
- To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
- Ability to handle Patients and attendants at Hospitals
- To ensure accurate and timely registrations.
- To be Customer centric in approach.
- Ability to evaluate and analyze Customer preference and feedback also guide efforts towards enhanced customer experience.
- To follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing / discount, instructions and handle hospital information system efficiently.
- Ability to communicate with both Internal & External customers.
- To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.




- To comply with patient safety policy.

- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience

1 to 5 years, preferably service industry / healthcare experience
