Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with system operations to ensure seamless functionality and support for business processes, often requiring collaboration with multiple teams to address complex challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.





Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in monitoring system health and managing backups, recovery, and security configurations.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high availability and reliability of business-critical systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
