Title of job - Sr. BI Specialist / Principal BI Specialist (Oracle BI / OAS)

Summary - Responsible for the reliable and controlled operation of the UK&I; Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) / Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) environment and supporting Management Information Data Warehouse, driving technical ownership, ETL monitoring, dashboard enhancements, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities -

Provide day-to-day operational ownership of the OBI/OAS setting, monitoring scheduled data loads, platform availability, and performance.

Monitor ETL processes, conduct data-quality audits and reconciliations, and collaborate with technology teams to resolve production issues.

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance OBI dashboards and management information reports based on business requirements.

Administer OBI user access, roles, and permissions while maintaining strict security controls and supporting user self-service capabilities.

Provide technical leadership for strategic MI data initiatives, driving process simplification, standardization, and automation.

Requirements -

Strong relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Management Information, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting environments.

Strong hands-on experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) / Oracle Analytics (OAS) or equivalent Oracle Analytics environments.

Valuable hands-on SQL capability with a solid understanding of data warehouse architecture, relational databases, and reporting data models.

Practical experience monitoring and troubleshooting ETL processes, scheduled data loads, data pipelines, and performing data reconciliation.





Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with UK&I; stakeholders and external delivery partners.
