Hiring: Senior UAV Pilot & Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced UAV Pilot & Systems Engineer to conduct UAV flight testing, prototype trials, system integration, and performance evaluation. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to test and improve UAV performance. Key Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Aerospace, Avionics, Electronics, or a related engineering field.

5 8 years of relevant experience in UAV flight testing and systems engineering.

Hands-on experience in UAV piloting, prototype testing, and flight trials.

Knowledge of UAV systems, avionics, flight controllers, navigation, and telemetry.

Experience in flight log analysis, troubleshooting, and system integration.

Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, multirotor, fixed-wing, or VTOL UAVs is preferred.

UAV pilot certification or authorization is preferred. Key Responsibilities





Plan and conduct UAV flight tests and prototype trials.

Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure protected operations.

Monitor telemetry, analyze flight logs, and evaluate flight performance.

Test stability, endurance, range, navigation, and payload performance.

Troubleshoot technical issues and support system integration with engineering teams.

Document test results and provide feedback for design improvements.
