- Governs integration architecture across REST, SOAP, Bulk and Streaming APIs and event driven Platform Events patterns.
- Establishes Salesforce DX and CI/CD practice using Copado, Gearset or Jenkins.
- Manages adoption KPIs across Sales, Service, Commerce and Experience Cloud.
- Manages architectural risk relating to governor limits, integration constraints, and external dependency.
- Explains technical concepts and trade offs to non technical stakeholders to support informed decisions.
- Enforces performance best practice, eliminating hard coding in favour of Custom Metadata Types and configurable design.
- Mentors developers and coordinates engineering and business teams.
- Drives systematic remediation of audit findings to improve org health.
- Org health and audit scores improved across assessment cycles.
