Title of job - Cybersecurity Consultant

Summary - Implement cybersecurity remediation activities, configure identity and access controls, execute vulnerability management, support SIEM monitoring, and ensure robust data protection across critical enterprise workstreams and sprint plans.

Location - Gurgaon, India (Note: adjusted based on standard delivery locations)

Responsibilities -

Implement cybersecurity remediation activities across defined workstreams, sprint plans, and manage technical asset inventories.

Configure and maintain identity and access controls including MFA, SSO, role-based access, least privilege, and privileged accounts using tools like Entra ID, PIM, or Windows LAPS.

Execute vulnerability management activities, patch management processes, and coordinate deployment, SLA tracking, and exception handling.

Configure centralized logging and monitoring integrations into SIEM platforms like Microsoft Sentinel to support SOC alert triage and incident response.

Implement data protection controls, backup/recovery verification, and coordinate with managed service providers (MSPs) for endpoint security.

Requirements -

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.

4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, IT infrastructure security, security operations, or security control implementation.

Practical experience implementing identity and access controls (MFA, SSO, RBAC, least privilege) and Microsoft security tools (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel).

Good understanding of vulnerability scanning, patch management, SIEM log ingestion, and incident response playbook execution.





Strong ability to translate cybersecurity control requirements into technical runbooks, implementation steps, and audit evidence packs.
