Key Responsibilities

- Medical Record Uploads: Securely upload, index, and attach medical records, clinical notes, and supporting documentation into practice management and electronic health record systems.

- Document Organization: Review incoming files for accuracy and ensure patient documents are correctly matched to the corresponding accounts or billing records.

- Clerical Support: Assist billing and RCM teams with routine administrative tasks, data entry, and record maintenance.

- Document Tracking: Track missing or incomplete records, following up with internal departments as needed to keep files up to date.

- Data Verification: Perform precise alphanumeric data entry to verify patient information and document attributes against internal systems.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in general office administration, data entry, or medical records management.

- Technical Proficiency:



Comfortable navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and document management portals.

- Data Accuracy: High level of attention to detail with strong alphanumeric data entry and filing skills.

- Organization: Ability to manage high volumes of digital paperwork efficiently while meeting daily processing goals.

- Communication: Transparent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal coordination.

- Shift Flexibility: Proven ability and commitment to reliably work the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST night shift schedule.

Education & Credentials
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
