Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Executive – Case Management to join our Medical Assistance team. The role involves coordinating with patients hospitals healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely medical assistance and smooth case management.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact patients promptly and respond to emails within the specified TAT.
* Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare providers for medical cost estimates and insurance approvals.
* Follow up with patients and providers for case updates and patient satisfaction.
* Address patient concerns collect feedback and respond to reviews.




* Collect final bills investigation reports and discharge summaries on time.
* Maintain case records payment registers trackers monthly planners and daily KPI reports.
* Monitor patient progress and coordinate with hospitals insurance companies and internal teams.
* Ensure accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

* Knowledge of medical coding and medical terminology.
* CPC certification as required by the employer.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong coordination follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced workplace.
