Scope: Provide controls programming and commissioning support for custom industrial machinery including recent machine development customer orders retrofits and field service projects.
For Technical Lead PLC
We are looking for an experienced Lead PLC Programmer to lead the design development testing commissioning and troubleshooting of PLC-based machine control systems. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PLC HMI VFD/servo systems industrial networks machine safety and onsite commissioning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and modify PLC HMI and motion control programs
Configure and troubleshoot VFDs servo drives industrial networks and safety systems
Create and maintain controls documentation I/O lists and software revision records
Support machine startup FAT SAT and commissioning
Collaborate cross-functionally and troubleshoot controls issues
Qualifications:
5 years industrial controls programming experience
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
HMI development and operator interface design
Experience with machine automation motion control and safety systems
Industrial networking including Ethernet/IP and Profinet
ETO environment experience
Preferred Experience:
Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation (ControlLogix CompactLogix Studio 5000 FactoryTalk View)
Siemens S7 TIA Portal and WinCC
Servo motion control VFDs and machine safety systems
Plastics extrusion or converting equipment
FAT SAT and customer site commissioning
