GEM Hospital is seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead our Operations department at our Chennai location. This full-time on-site position offers the opportunity to oversee day-to-day center activities ensure seamless patient service delivery and drive operational excellence within a leading healthcare organization in the Hospital/Health Care industry.

As Center Manager you will be responsible for coordinating center operations managing staff and resources and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and quality benchmarks. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to improve efficiency enhance patient experience and support the organizations commitment to high-quality care.

This role offers a competitive salary range of INR 50000 - 70000 per month along with the chance to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery in Chennai.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Manage schedule and supervise center staff and support personnel
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety standards and hospital policies




- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to streamline workflows
- Manage center budgets resource allocation and inventory planning
- Address patient concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Prepare operational reports and present performance insights to senior management
- Drive initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field
- Mid-to-senior level experience in hospital or healthcare center operations management
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Proven ability to lead motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management or ERP systems
- Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven operational decisions
