About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Generative AI platforms Agentic AI frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Python FastAPI Large Language Models (LLMs) cloud-native architectures and AI engineering best practices.

What Youll Do:

- Architect and develop scalable Python and FastAPI-based microservices supporting AI RAG and GenAI workloads.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for enterprise AI applications.
- Define ingestion chunking embedding indexing retrieval reranking and grounding strategies for AI systems.




- Build Agentic AI frameworks incorporating tool-calling autonomous workflows guardrails and policy enforcement mechanisms.
- Design reusable AI accelerators SDKs frameworks libraries and development templates.
- Architect and optimize Vector Database solutions using pgvector Qdrant Pinecone OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
- Evaluate and integrate Large Language Models and foundation models based on business requirements performance governance and cost considerations.
- Implement enterprise-grade security authentication authorization governance and compliance standards across AI platforms.
- Design cloud-native AI architectures leveraging AWS Azure and Google Cloud Platform services.
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines for AI applications and microservices deployments.
- Implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build monitoring observability telemetry logging and operational support capabilities using OpenTelemetry and modern observability platforms.
- Drive performance tuning scalability improvements and optimization of AI systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers Data Engineers ML Engineers and Enterprise Architects to define AI roadmaps and solution strategies.
- Lead architecture reviews design workshops and technical mentoring initiatives.
- Support AI platform adoption and promote engineering best practices across teams.

Expertise Youll Bring:

- 12-16 years of experience in Software Engineering Solution Architecture Platform Engineering or Cloud Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Python development and enterprise application design.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI Flask REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Experience building Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI workflows.
- Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementation patterns.




- Experience with embeddings semantic search vector retrieval reranking and contextual grounding techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as pgvector Qdrant Pinecone Weaviate OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
- Experience integrating and deploying Large Language Models through Azure OpenAI OpenAI APIs Hugging Face Models Open-source LLMs.
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture across AWS Azure and GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes Docker container orchestration and distributed systems.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of authentication authorization data protection and AI governance principles.
- Knowledge of performance optimization caching strategies scalability and high-availability architectures.
- Experience designing reusable frameworks and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Strong communication stakeholder engagement and technical leadership capabilities.
