- Design develop test deploy and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow processes and applications.
- Support existing ServiceNow implementations and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Deliver moderate-complexity features throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and solve business problems.
- Work with other developers to implement new features and integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow platform updates and technology trends.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical/technical training.
- 13 years of software development or platform configuration experience including internships or academic projects.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals including objects arrays functions scope asynchronous patterns and JSON.
- Familiarity with relational databases including tables keys joins and basic queries.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTTP REST APIs HTML and CSS.
- Exposure to Git and ticketing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document work clearly.
- Ability to work within structured processes including audit controls and change management.
