The purpose of this role is to delivery of end-to-end Smart Automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. The role ensures scalable secure and high-quality automation solutions while guiding teams and stakeholders through successful implementation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalable robust and maintainable automation designs.
Develop test and deploy high-quality automation scripts and workflows across Smart Automation technologies.
Define and enforce quality assurance standards including code reviews unit testing and documentation.
Integrate automation solutions with diverse enterprise systems and platforms.
Lead project planning estimation execution and milestone tracking across design development testing and deployment.
Identify and mitigate risks including scope changes technology constraints and security concerns.
Mentor team members address skill gaps and build capability within the automation team.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Technology/Engineering or a related field
Must have 45 years of hands-on experience in UiPath (core development skill).
Strong Python scripting expertise
Practical experience working with databases
Good-to-have Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
Ability to independently manage end-to-end projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile SDLC environments
SAP automation experience preferred
