Founded in 2015 Urban Talkies grew out of a passion for transforming digital media. Today were a close-knit team spread across India.
We are video producers grounded in digital marketing storytelling and a design-first approach. A decade in were building the next chapter: production where craft and AI work together.

1. 2. Responsibilities
- Create fast-paced scroll-stopping short-form videos for Instagram Reels and other platforms. Use a hybrid workflow that combines traditional editing with AI generation.
- Generate and extend visuals with AI video models such as Seedance Veo Kling and Runway covering B-roll transitions product shots and stylised sequences.
- Use LLMs such as Claude ChatGPT and Gemini for ideation scripting hooks shot lists and prompt-writing.
- Build and maintain UTs prompt library and AI workflow playbook so results stay consistent and on-brand across clients.




- Track new AI tools and model releases test them and recommend what the team should adopt.
- Bring a strong sense of music rhythm beat-syncing and pacing to every edit.
- Work with creative production and account teams to pitch and execute AI-forward ideas for clients.
- Manage assets and generations organise footage and keep post-production efficient.
- Own projects end to end from concept to final cut across multiple client accounts.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in video editing ideally for social-first or short-form content.
- Proven hands-on work with AI video and image models (Seedance Veo Kling Runway Midjourney or similar). A portfolio of AI-generated work is mandatory.
- Fluency with LLMs (Claude ChatGPT Gemini) for creative and production tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro CapCut or DaVinci Resolve. After Effects is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Reels short-form formats and platform trends.
- The taste to know when AI elevates a piece and when it cheapens it.
- Ability to juggle multiple client projects under tight deadlines.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Work from office 5 days a week.
